pakg is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or play any game on the platform. Age verification is required for all withdrawal requests and may be required at any time at pakg's discretion.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one pakg account. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity documents, payment method, device, or IP address — will be closed and any funds held subject to investigation. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not create an account or use the pakg platform. Use of the platform without acceptance of these terms is not permitted.
These Terms and Conditions are written in English and are governed by the laws applicable to pakg's operating jurisdiction. In case of any dispute, the English version of these terms is the authoritative version.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any part of the pakg platform. This requirement is absolute — pakg does not offer services to minors under any circumstances. By registering, you declare that you are 18 or older. pakg reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age cannot be verified. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to a minor will be forfeited.
Each person is permitted to hold exactly one pakg account. You may not register multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices. If pakg identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all associated accounts may be closed and balances may be withheld pending investigation. pakg's decision in such matters is final.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. pakg may verify the information you provide at any point and may request supporting documentation.
Your pakg account login credentials are personal to you. You must not share your password with any third party or allow anyone else to access your account. pakg is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact pakg support immediately.
pakg will never ask you for your password by email, SMS, or phone call. Any message claiming to be from pakg and requesting your password is fraudulent. Do not respond to it and report it to support@pakg.ws immediately.
pakg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):
All transactions are conducted in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

Before processing any withdrawal, pakg requires the account holder to complete identity verification. This involves submitting a clear copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and, where required, a selfie photograph for liveness verification. This process is completed once and remains active for the lifetime of your account unless pakg requests a re-verification due to changed circumstances.

All pakg balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign exchange charges or conversion fees at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.
pakg offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. These are designed to add value to your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the relevant promotion and which you should read before accepting any offer. The general principles that apply to all pakg bonuses are set out below.
Most pakg bonuses come with a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be wagered on eligible games before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn as cash. All bonuses credited to pakg accounts carry an expiry date after which any unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds will be removed from the account balance. Standard bonus expiry is 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
pakg reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Examples of bonus abuse include registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using matched betting systems specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and patterns of play that are inconsistent with genuine recreational use. pakg's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
All games offered on the pakg platform that are not live dealer games use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Certification results are available on request. pakg does not and cannot influence game outcomes, and no action taken by any player can alter the statistical randomness of results.
Live dealer games at pakg use physical cards, physical equipment, and real human dealers in a professional studio environment. The games are streamed in real time via encrypted video. The integrity of live dealer games is maintained through multiple layers of process control, dealer training, and supervisory oversight within the studio. pakg does not interfere with live game outcomes.
In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, pakg will take one of the following actions depending on the point at which the failure occurred:
pakg's determination of the state of a game round at the time of any technical failure is based on server-side records and is final.
Each game and table on the pakg platform has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed before you join. Bets that exceed the maximum limit are not accepted. Minimum and maximum limits may vary by table tier, game variant, and account status. pakg reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.

pakg collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at pakg.ws/privacy-policy and which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The personal data pakg collects includes registration information (name, CNIC, phone number, email address), payment information, account transaction history, and technical data about your device and connection. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, detect fraud, comply with regulatory requirements, and improve the platform.
pakg does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification providers solely for the purpose of completing transactions and verifying your identity. All data sharing is governed by contractual data processing agreements that protect your information.
All data transmitted between your device and the pakg platform is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Stored account data is encrypted at rest. pakg performs regular security audits of all systems that handle player data.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pakg platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of account balance, and permanent exclusion from the platform:
pakg reserves the right to investigate any activity it suspects may violate these prohibitions and to take action based on that investigation including, where appropriate, reporting activities to relevant authorities.
pakg provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While pakg makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and continuously, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned technical issues may occasionally affect platform availability. pakg will communicate planned maintenance in advance wherever possible.
pakg's liability to any account holder is limited to the current balance held in that account. pakg is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from reliance on any information provided on the platform.
You access and use the pakg platform at your own risk. Gaming involves financial risk and there is no guarantee of winning. You are responsible for your own betting decisions and for managing your gaming activity within your means. pakg does not offer betting advice and no information on the platform should be construed as a recommendation to place any particular bet.
pakg may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — pakg will provide at least seven days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notification within the platform.
Minor or administrative changes (such as formatting updates, typographical corrections, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the terms) may be made without advance notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page and updated whenever any change is made.
If you disagree with any update to these Terms and Conditions, you have the right to close your pakg account and withdraw your remaining balance before the updated terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the stated effective date of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms.
