When 2FA is enabled, logging in requires both your password and a one-time code sent to your phone. Even if someone somehow obtained your password, they could not log in without physical access to your registered mobile number. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA from your account security settings.

All data transmitted during login — your username, password, and any OTP — is protected by TLS 1.2 or higher encryption. Your credentials are never sent over an unencrypted connection, regardless of whether you are on Wi-Fi or a mobile network.
pakg stores your password only as an irreversible cryptographic hash. This means it cannot be read by our staff, cannot be included in any data export, and cannot be recovered if lost — only reset through the registered email or mobile number on your account.

pakg monitors for unusual login activity — multiple failed attempts from unrecognised devices or unusual geographic patterns. Suspicious activity triggers an automatic account lock and an alert to your registered contact details. This happens automatically without any action required on your part.
If your pakg session is inactive for an extended period, you are automatically logged out as a security measure. This applies regardless of whether "keep me logged in" is selected — it protects you if you leave a session unattended on a shared device.
For most players, the pakg login process is so straightforward that it needs no explanation — you enter your credentials, hit login, and you are in. But there are enough nuances worth knowing that it is worth spelling out clearly, particularly for players who are new to the platform or who have encountered an issue.

Your pakg account remains active and your PKR balance is held securely whether you are logged in or not. The platform does not charge inactivity fees for accounts that have been inactive for a reasonable period. If your account has been inactive for an extended time — over 12 months — pakg may attempt to contact you at your registered email and mobile number. Any remaining balance is always protected and available for withdrawal after identity verification. Your account is not closed automatically due to inactivity.
